We are a caring, friendly and approachable team committed to delivering excellent customer and patient care. All staff members are fully trained in their roles and undergo regular CPD (continued professional development) to keep their knowledge and skills up to date.

Meet our Veterinary Nurse Team

Lauren RVN DipAVN

Head Veterinary Nurse

Lauren joined our team in 2013. After completing her Level 3 National Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, she qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Lauren hit the books straight away and went on to achieve an Advanced Diploma. Lauren was promoted to Head Nurse in 2024 and now manages our nursing team.

Lauren owns a German Short Haired Pointer Cross called Mia who loves to come to work everyday, and a family Jack Russell called Hector who loves nothing more than to sleep.


Lucy RVN

Medical Care Manager / Veterinary Nurse

Lucy joined our nursing team in August 2016 as a student nurse, and after completing her Level 3 National Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, she is now a Registered Veterinary Nurse.

Lucy enjoys all areas of nursing and is in charge of the medical care at the practice. She ensures the patients are well cared for and oversees the running of our laboratory. Lucy also acts as a clinical coach and helps to support our student nurses to qualify.

Outside of work Lucy loves finding and exploring new walks around Staffordshire with her very dapper, dapple-coated Dachshund, Oswald. Oswald loves a good belly rub and can often be found snoozing under anything long enough to cover him!


Jessica RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Jess joined the practice in August 2017 after completing her Diploma in Animal Management, and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in February 2021.

Jess has a particular interest in small furries, but loves pets of all shapes and sizes!

At home she enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking and caring for her Golden Retriever Poppy and Betty the rabbit.


Elyse RVN NCert (Physio)

Veterinary Nurse

Elyse has worked with us at Park House since 2017. Elyse started as a student Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) but has gone on to become a qualified Veterinary Nurse who coaches other VCAs to qualify! She has achieved a certificate in physiotherapy and rehabilitation and can offer consultations to our older arthritic patients and those recovering from orthopaedic surgery.

Outside of work Elyse enjoys baking and spending time with her Labrador Moo.


Megan BSc (Hons) RVN

Veterinary Nurse

In 2018 Megan was awarded a distinction in BTEC Level 3 Animal Management at Rodbaston College. In 2023 she went on to study at Harper Adams University where she graduated in September 2023 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Veterinary Nursing.

She has a particular interest in small animal rehabilitation and would like to further this interest by undertaking a certificate in physiotherapy in the future.

In her spare time she likes being outdoors and often goes walking on the Chase with family and friends and her sister's cocker spaniel Bailey.


Ginny BSc (Hons) RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Ginny has always enjoyed caring for animals. She graduated from the University of Bristol with a First Class Honours Degree in Veterinary Nursing and Companion Animal Behaviour in 2024. She is excited to begin her career as a registered veterinary nurse at Park House.

In her spare time she loves baking, painting and going for walks on the Chase with her Shih Tzu called Flo.


Tegan RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Tegan joined Park House in April 2025 after relocating from Essex. Before this she studied at the University of Aberdeen doing Zoology, then went to the College of Animal welfare to do an apprenticeship in veterinary nursing. Tegan qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2024. She has a passion for diagnostics and theatre and looks forward to expanding her knowledge and expertise in these areas.

Tegan has a love for the weird and wonderful and currently owns two Whites tree frogs. In her own time she likes to keep jungle plants and hikes in the local areas.


Emily RVN

Veterinary Nurse

Emily graduated from the Royal Veterinary College as an RVN in 2021. She came to Park House in June 2025 after working at a busy first opinion practice in Birmingham. Emily enjoys all aspects of her role but she especially enjoys nursing inpatients in the hospital.

At home she has a lurcher called Kiki, a cat called Polly and a crazy kitten called Clemmie.

Outside of work Emily enjoys running and going for long walks with family and friends.


Georgina

Veterinary Nurse

Georgina joined Park House Veterinary Centre after completing an Animal management course. She has gone on to pass the Veterinary Care assistant course with distinction and is now a qualified nurse. Georgina has a passion for animal welfare and enjoys caring and looking after our patients.

At home she has a Shih Tzu cross Jack Russell called Buddy and an Airedale Terrier called Ruby, who both love long walks followed by long naps. She also has two friendly chickens, Olive and Maple.


Charlie

Veterinary Nurse

Charlie started working at Park House vets in 2020 and came with an extended diploma in animal management. Whilst working with us she qualified as a Veterinary Care Assistant. In 2024 Charlie qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. She loves all aspects of the job but has a passion for medical nursing.

Charlie has two dogs, Boo the Yorkshire terrier and Blossom the Chihuahua who both are sun lovers!


Hannah

Student Nurse

Hannah joined our VCA team in 2023. After successfully achieving a higher distinction in her Veterinary Support Assistant, Level 3 Award, she is now enrolled to become a qualified nurse. Hannah is passionate about animal health care and loves the professional and personal development the veterinary industry offers.

Outside of work Hannah spends time over Cannock Chase with friends, dog walking or hacking with her horse! She is the proud owner of a little Maltese called Charlie and a big thoroughbred called Houdini.


Ingrid

Student Nurse

Ingrid joined Park House in 2022 as a receptionist and is now training to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse. Ingrid enjoys caring for all pets, but has a particular fondness for felines. She has two Siberian cats at home called Mr Honeybubbles and Miss Snuggleberry.

In her spare time she enjoys all things music related.


Lucy

Student Nurse

Lucy gained an Animal Nursing Assistant qualification at Rodbaston College in 2021. She went on to work in first opinion and referral practices but ultimately decided that she preferred the first opinion environment. Lucy joined our Park House team in early 2025. Out of all areas, she enjoys patient care in wards the most.

Outside of work, she has a cat named Ginny and two guinea pigs, Ron and Hairy. Lucy also spends lots of time horse riding with friends.

Lucy is completing her nursing university placement with us. She enjoys playing netball, surfing and spending time with her friends and family.
